19:00-20:30 Det norske engasjementet for Sudan og senere Sør-Sudan har dype historiske røtter. Det har resultert
i ambisiøse, omfattende bistandssamarbeid og politisk innsats.
Hvordan skal vi se på den norske innsatsen for sørlige Sudan gjennom historien? Hvilke feilgrep har vært
gjort? Hva kunne vært gjort annerledes for å unngå dagens prekære humanitære, økonomiske og
politiske krise? Er det rimelig å legge ansvaret for de ulike tilbakeslagene på norske aktører?
